PawPredict is a game. Members register an animal that “predicts” the outcome of real sporting events, on video. It is not gambling and not betting advice: nothing is staked, nothing can be won, no result is guaranteed, and an animal’s record says nothing about future matches. PawPredict does not offer betting and does not give betting advice. Do not use anything here to decide a bet.

• You must be at least 16 to create an account, and at least 18 to buy a subscription. You confirm it when you sign up and again when you pay; we record the date and the version of these terms you accepted.
• We close accounts that do not meet these conditions and delete their data.
• If a person under 18 has subscribed, the subscription is cancelled and the payments are refunded, on request from that person or a parent to contact@pawpredict.com.
• One member, one active animal. You are responsible for your account: keep your password to yourself.

• A prediction only counts with a proof video showing your animal making the pick. Prediction and video must be submitted at least one hour before kickoff; after that they are locked and cannot be changed or withdrawn.
• Every new profile, photo and video is checked by a human moderator before it becomes public. A video is refused if it does not show the pick, was made after the deadline, is not yours, or breaks section 6. You see the reason.
• Rankings are computed per sport and per season, only from predictions whose video was approved, on finished matches. Animals are ordered by success rate (correct predictions divided by counted predictions), then by number of counted predictions. Retired animals leave the active ranking.
• Proof videos stay watchable for 7 days after the match; uploaded files are then deleted. The verified result stays on the record.
• An animal’s name and species can be changed during its first week, then become permanent. You can retire an animal and register a new one.
• Match results are entered with care and corrected when wrong. Fabricated proofs, multiple accounts or technical tricks to game the rankings lead to removal.

Every video is checked by hand by PawPredict’s small moderation team, which includes the publisher: nothing is approved automatically. The one-hour lock is enforced automatically on every account, including the publisher’s. Nimbus, the publisher’s own cat, takes part in the league under the same rules; Nimbus’s videos are checked by that same team, not by an independent third party.

Names, photos, videos and links you submit remain yours. By posting them, you grant PawPredict a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt them (resize, re-encode, create previews and share cards) for the sole purpose of running and promoting the service, for as long as the content is on PawPredict. The licence ends when the content or your account is deleted. You confirm that you have the right to post it, including the agreement of anyone who appears in it.

• Any harm to an animal: cruelty, distress, forcing, dangerous staging. The animal’s welfare comes before the video.
• Promoting betting or gambling sites, bookmakers, tipsters, odds or affiliate links.
• Fraudulent or misleading links, including in your support link, and any attempt to collect money under false pretences.
• Illegal content, hate, harassment, threats, sexual or violent content, other people’s private information, and content you have no right to use.
• Attacking, scraping at scale, or disrupting the service.

Advertising and sponsorship on PawPredict are chosen by the publisher alone. Members may not use their profile, links or videos to advertise products or services without the publisher’s written agreement. Any advertising we run will be clearly identified as such.

We may refuse or remove any content, remove a link or a photo, rename an animal whose name cannot stay, suspend an account for a period or permanently, and delete an account that breaks these terms or the law. For a refusal or a suspension, the reason is shown in your account. If we delete an account, we email the reason to its address. Anyone can report a profile from its page or at contact@pawpredict.com. If you disagree with a decision, write to the same address: we will review it again.

• Playing is free. Paw Predict+ is an optional subscription that adds personal features (unlimited favourite animals, team alerts, a personal feed and a private team ranking). It never affects rankings or moderation.
• Price: $3.99 per month, all taxes included, charged in advance. Wherever you subscribe, the same subscription unlocks Paw Predict+ everywhere — on pawpredict.com and in the PawPredict app.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. A price change is announced at least 30 days ahead and applies only from your next renewal; you can cancel before it does.
• Two ways to subscribe, two sellers. Depending on where you subscribe, your contract of sale is with a different company, described in 8a and 8b below. PawPredict remains responsible for the service itself (the features, your account, these terms) and stays your contact at contact@pawpredict.com in every case.

8a. Subscribing on pawpredict.com

• Seller: when you subscribe on the website, the seller of record is Link, LLC, a Stripe company (354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080, United States; EU VAT OSS EU440000220). Link sells you the subscription, collects the payment, applies the sales tax or VAT of your country and sends you the receipts and invoices. Your bank statement shows a charge from LINK.COM followed by PAW PREDICT. We never see your card number.
• Currency: the price is set and charged in US dollars. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a fee. Where Stripe offers it, the checkout page may show the amount in your local currency before you pay.
• Cancellation: at any time, in one of three ways — from your account (the “Manage or cancel my subscription” link on the Paw Predict+ page or in your settings), on link.com after signing in with the email you used at checkout, or by email to contact@pawpredict.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Paw Predict+ until the end of the month already paid.
• 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. Send a clear message to contact@pawpredict.com (the form below is one way to do it) or contact Link support at support.link.com. The payment is refunded within 14 days of your message, by the same means of payment, and the subscription ends.
• Refunds: a payment made by mistake, a duplicate charge, or a period during which Paw Predict+ was unavailable through our fault is refunded — ask us or Link support. Because Link is the seller, Stripe may also refund a payment on its own initiative within 60 days of the purchase, for instance to settle a dispute. Outside these cases, the month already paid is not refunded when you cancel.

8b. Subscribing in the PawPredict app

• Seller: when the PawPredict app is available on the App Store or Google Play and you subscribe inside it, the seller is Apple or Google, under the terms of their store. They collect the payment, apply the taxes of your country and send you the receipts. The price is shown in the currency of your store.
• Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal: managed in your phone’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play), under the refund and withdrawal rules of the store. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Paw Predict+ until the end of the period already paid. We cannot refund a purchase made through a store ourselves, but write to contact@pawpredict.com if you need help.

PawPredict never pays members, in money or in kind, for their content, ranking or audience. Posting on PawPredict creates no employment, agency, partnership or commercial relationship with us. You remain solely responsible for declaring any income you receive from your audience to your tax and social authorities.

A creator may show a link to their own page on Ko-fi, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, Tipeee or Patreon. A donation made there goes entirely to the creator, under that platform’s terms. PawPredict takes no commission, does not process the payment, is not a party to it, guarantees nothing about it and cannot refund it. Donations never influence rankings or moderation.

The PawPredict name, logo, design, texts and software belong to the publisher. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, apart from sharing pages and share cards through the features provided. Team and competition names belong to their owners and are used only to identify matches.

We work to keep PawPredict accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted or free of errors, and we may change or stop a feature. We are not responsible for content posted by members, for external sites and platforms linked from PawPredict, or for any decision you take based on what you see here. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, nor our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

The privacy policy explains what we collect and your rights. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

If you are a consumer and a complaint sent to contact@pawpredict.com has not been resolved, you can refer the dispute, free of charge, to our consumer mediator: Société Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France — www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr. The request is made in writing and in French, through the mediator’s online form or by post, after a written complaint to us has remained unresolved, and within one year of that complaint.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. Talk to us first at contact@pawpredict.com: most problems are solved in one email. Failing that, the competent courts are those determined by law.

When these terms change, we update this page and its date. For a significant change, we tell members on the site before it applies; continuing to use PawPredict afterwards means accepting it.
